Kasper Hesselbjerg

Kasper Hesselbjerg invites curious guests to a very special gastronomic experience at the gourmet restaurant Høfde 4. At selected times during the exhibition period, guests will be able to participate in a meditative, sensuous and thought-provoking dining situation with sand on the menu! The performance is inspired by, among other things Buddhism, visions of the future and science fiction and is created in collaboration with local traders and artisans.

The book is also a serving, a performance and a garden at Ebeltoft Kunsthal (2021-2022) with sculptural elements and vegetables/herbs.
